Claudie Pierlot has always been committed to the values it holds dear. In 2018, this commitment took the form of a «Claudie Loves Green» capsule collection. Designed in an eco-responsible way, this collection promoted the preservation of natural resources. In 2017, Claudie Pierlot teamed up with «La Chaîne de l'Espoir» to give underprivileged children access to education, a cause regularly supported by the brand, whether with UNESCO or ANNO's Africa. Women's rights are also a very important issue for Claudie Pierlot, a House created by, and for, women. In 2012, for example, Claudie Pierlot teamed up with Léa Seydoux for the women of the Association du Sénégal et de l'Afrique de l'Ouest.
Today, Claudie Pierlot is renewing its partnership with UNESCO, which it already supported in 2013, in favor of the values that resonate in all of us: tolerance, solidarity and sustainable development.
#RiseUpWithClaudie is a capsule collection of 4 T-shirts made from organically grown cotton and featuring universal messages: «Only Human», «Raise Up Your hands and Love» and «You're my earth you're my soul».
For every T-shirt sold, €5 will be donated to UNESCO.
The funds raised will enable Claudie Pierlot, in partnership with UNESCO, to support the Keystone Foundation. Located in India, the birthplace of the historic designer, this local NGO has been working for 25 years in favor of women and the environment. Thanks to #RiseUpWithClaudie, 100 women will be able to follow the «Green Stewards of Nilgiri Biosphere» program. This will enable them to become financially independent by diversifying their sources of income and enhancing the value of their environment.
