One Nation Paris Outlet celebrates its 10th anniversary in the presence of Chefs Jean-François Piège and Juan Arbelaez.
The crème des Chefs is at One Nation Paris Outlet to celebrate our 10th anniversary, with the honorary presence of Jean-François Piège on October 21 and Juan Arbelaez on October 28.
At the stoves of a temporary kitchen set up for the occasion, the 2 great names in French gastronomy will be putting on Culinary Shows, accompanied by tastings and moments of sharing and complicity.
The Michelin-starred chef, who oversees numerous gourmet restaurants and was a judge on Top Chef for 10 years, will be on hand from 3pm to 6pm.
3pm - 5pm: Culinary show featuring 2 recipes on the theme of «Zero Waste», followed by a tasting. The Chef challenges us to work with products in their entirety, reusing everything we normally throw away.

5pm - 6pm: Signing session and sale of the Chef's latest book «Zéro Gaspi!.
Visit your One Nation Paris Outlet center from October 14 to 21 for a chance to win a meal for 2 in Chef Jean-François Piège's Clover Grill restaurant.
The Colombian chef, who has worked in Parisian palaces (Le Georges V and Le Bristol), made a name for himself when he took part in the 3rd season of Top Chef, and then as a guest on Yann Barthès's program Quotidien. He is currently a juror on M6's Objectif Top Chef.
3pm - 5pm: Culinary show on the theme of Colombia, echoing the Chef's roots, followed by a tasting.

On Saturdays October 21 and 28, you'll find the gourmet stands of Pierre & Tim cookies (Versailles), beekeeper and eco-responsible producer Jacky Boisseau (Plaisir) and the Plaine de Versailles oil mill (Beynes).
