Terms of use
This website www.onenation.fr (the Site) is controlled and managed by ONE NATION PARIS, a simplified joint stock company with capital of €620,000, headquartered at 8 rue de Port-Mahon, 75002 Paris, France, and registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number 398 733 782.
The Site is hosted by ALWAYS DATA, a limited liability company with capital of €5,000, whose registered office is located at 91 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré in Paris (75008), registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 492 893 490.
Terms and conditions of use
The provision of our Site, and your access to and use of our Site, are subject to and governed by applicable law and these terms and conditions of use.
2.1 - Site access
Access to and use of the Site are reserved for strictly personal use. It is strictly forbidden to use this Site and the information or data it contains for commercial, political or advertising purposes, or for any form of commercial solicitation, including the sending of unsolicited e-mail.
2.2 - Site content
All trademarks, photographs, texts, comments, illustrations, images (animated or not), video sequences, sounds, as well as all computer applications that may be used to operate the Site and, more generally, all elements reproduced or used on the Site are protected by current intellectual property laws.
They are the full and complete property of the publisher or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, including computer applications, without the prior written consent of the publisher, is strictly forbidden. 2.6 - Photographs and representation of products
The photographs of products, accompanying their description, are not contractual and do not engage the editor.

One Nation Paris is committed to protecting your privacy when you visit the Site.
This privacy policy has been drawn up to ensure that we are completely transparent with you about the data we collect about you, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data.
If you do not wish to accept the terms of this Privacy Policy, or if you do not agree with the way we will handle your personal data, please do not use this Site and do not provide us with your personal data.
3.1 - Information gathering
We collect, receive, store and process the following information about you:
- information you provide via the Site, including information you provide to us when you register on the Site (e.g. name, address, telephone numbers, zip code, e-mail address and date of birth), join our Newsletter (enabling you to receive our news, events and offers), purchase a gift card, enter competitions or participate in surveys;
- information you provide to us in order to benefit from our direct marketing ;
- information you provide to us in order to benefit from our activities at the Centre ;
- information about your computer, your visits and your use of this Site, including Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, date and time of your visit to the Site, type of Internet browser and operating system, referral source, length of visit, pages viewed and navigation paths;
- information relating to any purchase made through our Site (e.g. gift cards) or any other transaction concluded through our Site;
- information contained in or relating to any communication you send to us or via our Site (including the content of the communication and metadata associated with the communication);
- information we obtain from private social network companies (see "Social Networks" below) about your interests and preferences;
- information described in the "Cookies" section below;
- information collected through offline transactions or interactions or on our computers or devices within the centers, including information you provide when you sign up for our newsletter, purchase gift cards, participate in surveys, enter contests and use the computers and devices located within the centers;
- information you provide to us when you use our online recruitment portal to search for a job or apply for a job with us; and
- information in the WiFi Appendix.
3.2 - Use of information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- to manage our Site, our activities and the Centre ;
- to enable you to use the products and services available on our Site or made available offline or on computers and devices within the center;
- to propose and manage our commercial offers and information on Centre news;
- to manage and organize contests and special offers;
- to confirm orders and execute orders placed on our Site;
- to respond to your questions or requests for additional information and to communicate with you about the Site and the Centre;
- to provide you with the information you have requested or that we have offered to send you;
- for internal research and analysis so that we can determine how our Site and the Centre's products and services are used, understand how to improve our Site and the Centre's products and services, and decide on our marketing strategies;
- to deal with inquiries and complaints sent by or about you in relation to our Site, the Centre or ourselves;
- to ensure the security of our Site and systems and to prevent fraud;
- where applicable, to meet our legal, regulatory and compliance requirements;

- to protect our rights, property or safety or those of our customers or others ;
- to understand your interests and preferences so that we can tailor the content, offers and promotions on our Site to respect your interests and preferences - see also our Cookie Policy;
- to understand and identify the characteristics of our customers for analysis purposes and to better target our advertising (e.g. by contacting individuals with similar demographic characteristics on social networks); and
- for the purposes described in the WiFi Appendix.
- We will also inform you at any time of other products and/or services we offer that may be of interest to you by e-mail/telephone/SMS/mail, where permitted by applicable law (which may require us to obtain your consent). In addition to unsubscribing from our communications, you can send an e-mail to contact@onenation.fr at any time to let us know that you no longer wish to receive direct marketing communications from us.
- We may combine the information we collect about you through offline transactions or interactions or terminals within the centers or our e-mail and SMS communications with the customer profile we hold about you in order to tailor our future communications and communication channels to respect your interests and preferences and provide you with a better customer experience.
3.3 - Social networks
We also use the personal information we obtain on online social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TripAdvisor for research and analysis purposes (in relation to us and our business). Where appropriate, and in accordance with their own policies, we may compare our information with that of these sites to better understand, and improve, our customers' experience. This information may include publications or other items made public or available to us, including when you use keywords or hashtags relating to the Centre, our business, our industry or ourselves. Information from these sites may include information held outside the European Union.
3.4 - Transmission of your information
We disclose or transfer personal information to other parties, including :
- to third-party service providers performing functions on our behalf in relation to the Site and for the purposes described in this Policy (for example, web hosts, social network analysis service providers, marketing distribution service providers, data analysts, web publishers);
- to media agencies and their advertising partners to launch targeted marketing campaigns, as described above;
- if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal information in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or comply with our terms and conditions or other agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our company, our customers or other parties;
- in accordance with and to the extent permitted by applicable data protection legislation to purchasers in connection with the sale or transfer of the Centre. In addition, if we cease to act as manager of the Centre, we will need to transfer your personal data to the new or replacement Centre Owner in order to ensure the continuity of our products and services; and
- as described in the WiFi Appendix.
3.4 - Storage
Your personal information is stored and used to send you direct marketing messages for as long as we are legally entitled to do so. When we no longer have the right to send you offers (e.g. because you unsubscribe) or the information we hold is no longer up-to-date (e.g. when your e-mail address is no longer valid), we will remove the personal information we hold about you from our marketing database, but will keep some information on a "suppression list" so that we can manage your preferences in the future.
3.5 - Your rights regarding your personal data
By law, you have a number of rights when it comes to your personal data.
In particular, you have the right to object to certain types of processing, including the processing of data for direct marketing purposes (which we only do with your consent).

What do they consist of?
1. Right to information
You have the right to receive clear, transparent and comprehensible information about our use of your personal data and about your rights. This is why we are providing you with this information in this Privacy Statement.
2. Right of access
You have a right of access to your personal data (if we use it) as well as to a certain amount of other information (of the same nature as that provided in this Declaration).
This is so that you are aware that we are using your data and can check that we are doing so in compliance with the Data Protection Act.

You have the right to request that your data be corrected if it proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.
4. Right of deletion
